Easy Billing with Auto-Completed Service Rates
What’s New:
Clinics can now select dental services from a pre-existing list in Dentostack, and Dentostack automatically populates the appropriate prices in the billing area. This reduces time spent on manual price entry and reduces patient billing time significantly.
Why We Built It:
We mentioned earlier that billing was a time-consuming process for clinics. A few users mentioned that typing service charges when billing not only took up time but also exposed the process to human error. The new auto-filled price feature aims to make billing faster, smoother, and more accurate to allow clinics to save valuable time while maintaining consistency of price.
Share Case Notes and X-Rays Promptly
What’s New:
Clinics are now able to send case notes and dental X-rays to patients directly in an instant via SMS, WhatsApp, or email from Dentostack. These reports are also available to include the clinic’s own letterhead for a professional touch.
Why We Built It:
This feature was developed based on a specific request from one of Dentostack’s users, who wanted to share X-ray reports on their own letterhead with patients. We were aware that this was a requirement of numerous clinics. Through instant sharing through various mediums and the option to utilize custom letterheads, we are ensuring faster communication and allowing clinics to maintain their professional identity with every report shared.
Manage Services Displayed on Your Website
What’s New:
Dentostack now allows clinic owners to modify and update the list of services displayed on their site without requiring technical assistance.
Why We Built It:
Most clinics like to update the services they provide or change the look of their website on the internet from time to time. To date, this has meant contacting our support staff. We wanted to simplify this and provide clinics with complete control. With this release, users can now update their website service list themselves via an easy, intuitive interface. Clinics can now update, add, or delete services as often as they like so that their web details are up to date.
