These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the software platform, mobile application, and related services provided by Dentostack ("Dentostack", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you ("Clinic", "User", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Dentostack provides a cloud-based dental practice management platform that may include:
Dentostack provides software infrastructure only and does not provide medical, clinical, or diagnostic services.

You must notify Dentostack immediately of unauthorized access.
Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis.
Fees must be paid according to the agreed plan.
Dentostack may suspend Services if payment remains overdue after a fifteen (15) day grace period.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
The Clinic is solely responsible for:
Dentostack is not responsible for how the Services are used in clinical workflows.
Dentostack acts as a data processor on behalf of the Clinic.
The Clinic acts as the data fiduciary/controller and determines:
Dentostack processes patient data only to provide the Services or as instructed by the Clinic.
If Dentostack intends to use clinic or patient data for a new purpose, we will seek permission from the Clinic.
Clinics may request export of their data by contacting customer support. Dentostack will provide reasonable assistance.
You agree not to:
The Services may integrate with third parties such as:
Dentostack is not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
Dentostack aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance or unforeseen events may cause temporary interruptions.
Dentostack may suspend or terminate access if:
You may terminate by discontinuing use and settling outstanding fees.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Services.
Dentostack retains all rights in the platform, software, and related materials.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Feedback provided may be used without restriction.
Dentostack is a software tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the healthcare provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Dentostack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Dentostack shall not be liable for:
Dentostack's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Clinic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
You agree to indemnify Dentostack against claims arising from:
Dentostack is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, or government actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Courts in Bengaluru shall have jurisdiction.
Dentostack may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
