We’ve rolled out several improvements to make your daily clinic operations smoother, faster, and more patient-friendly. Here’s a quick look at what’s new and how you can start using these features.

1. Improved Appointment Booking Page for Basic Plan

We’ve redesigned the appointment booking page for the Basic plan with a modern, clean interface. The new design ensures a smoother experience for patients while booking appointments, reducing drop-offs and confusion.

Why we need it ?

A complicated or outdated booking page can lead to missed appointments and poor patient experience. This update makes booking faster, simpler, and more intuitive for patients.

How to use it or enable it ?

No action needed. The new booking page is automatically enabled for all Basic plan users. Just share your booking link with patients as usual.


2. Treatment Consent via WhatsApp

You can now send and collect treatment consent directly through WhatsApp. Earlier, consent requests were shared via SMS—now you have the added convenience of reaching patients on WhatsApp for quicker responses.

Patients receive a secure link where they can review and approve consent forms instantly from their phone.

Why we need it ?

While the consent system was already in place, relying only on SMS could sometimes lead to delays or missed messages. With WhatsApp:

  • Patients are more likely to view and respond quickly
  • Communication feels more direct and familiar
  • Clinics can ensure faster approvals and smoother documentation

How to use it or enable it ?

  • Go to the patient profile and then the case.
  • Goto Case Consent section
  • Choose via as WhatsApp when ever consent is required. Note that, by default WhatsApp is selected, thus no action is needed.
  • The patient receives a link and can review and approve directly


3. Automated Welcome Messages for New Patients

Now you can automatically send a welcome message whenever a new patient is registered in your system.

Why we need it ?

First impressions matter. A welcome message builds trust, improves engagement, and ensures patients feel acknowledged right away.

How to use it or enable it ?

  • Goto Admin Panel
  • Go to Messages Section
  • Enable Patient Registation in Notification section
  • And save the settings.


4. Support for A6 Size Documents

You can now generate and print documents in A6 size, making them more compact and convenient for patients.

Why we need it ?

Smaller documents are easier to handle, cost-effective for printing, and ideal for prescriptions, receipts, and quick notes.

How to use it or enable it ?

  • Goto Admin Panel
  • Open Documents Section
  • Update the page size to A6. Note that where is way to set page size for specific documents. Like Rx will be A4 and Invoice can be A6.
  • Contact customer support if some adjustment is required.


5. New Admin Panel for Better Usability

We’ve introduced a redesigned admin panel that makes managing your clinic easier and more intuitive.

Why we need it ?

A cluttered or complex admin interface slows down daily operations. The new panel improves navigation, reduces clicks, and enhances overall efficiency.

How to use it or enable it ?

The new admin panel is already live. Simply log in to your dashboard and explore the updated interface.


6. Add Up to Two Review Links

You can now add up to two review links and choose which one to send to patients.

Why we need it ?

Different platforms work better for different clinics. This feature gives you flexibility while maintaining control over where your reviews are collected.

How to use it or enable it ?

  • Goto Admin Panel
  • Goto Reviews section
  • Add additional Review URL
  • and Save the settings.


7. Periodontal Dental Chart Support

We’ve added support for periodontal dental charts to help you record gum health and related details more accurately.

Why we need it ?

Detailed periodontal records are essential for diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term patient care. This feature ensures better clinical documentation.

How to use it or enable it ?

No action is required to enable it, if your plan include dental chart, it will show up automatically.
