AES-256 Encrypted Cloud Storage
All your clinic's information — patient records, appointments, treatment notes, billing — is stored in the cloud in an encrypted form. Encryption scrambles the data so it looks like random noise to anyone without the right key.
Every time you open your clinic dashboard, the connection between your device and our servers is protected with SSL encryption — the same technology used by banks and hospitals. You can see this as the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
Each clinic runs in a completely separate environment
Most software platforms put all their customers on one shared system — when you log in, you are one of thousands of users accessing the same database. Dentostack works differently. Each clinic runs as a completely independent system with its own private web address (like yourclinic.dentostack.com).
Think of it as having your own house rather than sharing a flat with strangers. There is a solid wall between your clinic and every other clinic on Dentostack — no shared access, no risk of one clinic accidentally seeing another's data.

We are a privacy-first company. Your patient data is yours and yours alone. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers. We never will.
You can request a full export of your data at any time, or ask us to permanently delete everything. We will comply — no questions asked.
Before any treatment, clinics collect patient consent forms. Dentostack uses digital certificates from VSign — a Certifying Authority (CA) licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India — to digitally sign these consent documents.
A digital certificate works like an official government stamp. It proves that the consent document is genuine, has not been tampered with, and was signed by the right person at a specific point in time.
